My professional journey began in sales, working with both a small family business and a telecommunications start-up. As the first employee of the telecommunications company, I gained rapid exposure to all facets of business operations. This experience facilitated my progression into increasingly senior roles in business operations and finance, including responsibilities in third-party contract negotiations, human resources management, and organizational leadership. My financial expertise was further honed as the Area Finance Manager for Coca-Cola Enterprises Southern California area. There, I gained extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, dashboard development, and data compilation/interpretation. This experience provided the foundation for my C-Suite positions.

I specialize in scaling small to mid-sized businesses, offering a first-hand, comprehensive understanding of the challenges leaders face. As an objective, analytical resource, I assess business operations and provide tailored solutions, free from the internal constraints that can limit growth. My goal is to help organizations optimize efficiency, drive profitability, and address operational challenges with actionable, data-driven strategies.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and am a certified Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS™) Integrator. In 2019, I was nominated for the CFO of the Year Award in Orange County, California. My leadership extends beyond the workplace: I’ve served as Vice Chairman of the Board for Prospectors Federal Credit Union, sit on the CFO Leadership Council’s Advisory Board for the Orange County chapter, and mentor aspiring financial professionals through the Financial Executives International Mentorship Program.
